This is something the challenges the pinching grip. This one will hit pinching and wrists to maintain the plate up. If your hand slacks down when you have the vertical position, then you use too heavy weight. Even if your grip may be enough the wrist cant take it. Its a good way to figure weak spots ! Also a good core exercise I think.
